Mary Pollard is the External Affairs and Marketing Manager for the Common Sense Institute.
Mary has a strong background working in community engagement, event management, and marketing. She has worked in an agency setting developing content for social media campaigns and also has experience producing strategies to increase brand engagement. A passionate storyteller, Mary thrives on bringing people together by sharing essential facts and insights. Most recently, Mary successfully managed a diverse range of educational programs centered on the free enterprise system, reaching over 30,000 children annually.
Mary is originally from Richmond, Virginia and attended the University of Virginia. While in college, she majored in both American Studies and Media Studies allowing her a diverse understanding of sociological impacts of policy on American populations.
