Natalie Hopper is Director of Grants at the Common Sense Institute. She brings more than a decade of fundraising experience to the role, having secured millions in grant funding for educational institutions, college-access and youth development programs, and mission-driven nonprofits across the country. Over her career she has built a reputation for sharp grant strategy and for storytelling that helps funders see what’s possible, partnering with organizations whose budgets range from small grassroots efforts to multimillion-dollar operations. At CSI, she channels that experience into building and stewarding the funder relationships that power the institute’s work. Natalie is driven by a belief that the places we care about should be safe, supportive environments where people can thrive, create, and do their best work.
