An Iowa native, Lisa Feuerbach brings 20 years of management and executive level experience to CSI.
She served as the Chief United States Probation Officer in the Northern District of Iowa where her dedication to excellence established new standards and systematic approaches to policies and practices. She provided oversight to 50 employees, four units, and all administrative, operational, and functional areas within the federal probation office.
As Iowa’s first female Chief U.S. Probation Officer, Lisa was a pioneer in building a culture focused on wellness, equity, and inclusion. Lisa has served on various leadership teams and local boards related to public safety and community corrections. She has been an instrumental leader, advisor, and key contributor to renown national workgroups and committees reforming policy and procedures and driving sustainable progress in the areas of evidence-based practices and implementation science.
Lisa inspires others with her practical, people-centered perspectives focusing on problem-solving, innovation, research, collaboration, and balanced insight. Her mission driven approach leads teams to success.
